Accountancy Edge was established in 2010 by James Hellyer.

James is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant who trained and qualified with KPMG, which is one of the four largest accounting firms in the world. He’s spent the last decade working in senior positions in North Devon accountancy practices.

In 2010, James decided to found his own firm of accountants because he thought being a good accountant was about far more than simply doing people’s accounts and tax returns. Accountancy is really about changing people’s lives by helping them earn more money, keep more of what they earn and enjoy a better work-life balance.

That’s why Accountancy Edge is inspired by one fundamental, simple principle – to change lives.
