Reasonable Costs and fees

People hate surprise bills. if your charge by the hour, then every bill is a surprise because you can’t say how much it will cost until you’ve finished the job.

We are different from other accountants.

  • We offer fixed fee billing for all clients.
  • All our fees include UNLIMITED email and telephone support.
  • The cost of additional work is agreed before we carry it out.

Confidentiality*

All of your affairs will be dealt with in absolute confidence. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and your data is protected.

Communication

We will always write to you in plain English. If you don’t understand what we say, tell us and we’ll find a better a way to communicate!

We do not screen telephone calls, we answer all calls. We will return any answer phonecall or e-mail within 24 working hours.

Peace of mind

We will agree a written engagement letter with you for the work that you have asked us to do.

We will attend update courses and maintain adequate continuing professional education to maintain service levels and technical competence.

We will maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in line with our Institute’s guidance.

Periodically our files may be reviewed by external Quality Assurance Assessors.
